A screen-shot image file can help us assess your issue more accurately. To capture a screen-shot of the issue you're having using your keyboard, press 'Alt' - 'Print Scrn' while on the screen you're seeing the error message or issue. Open MS Paint to paste the image and save the file of type *.JPG, *.GIF, or *.PNG. Once you have done this, click the "Browse..." button on this screen and select the image file from your computer to submit with your request for support (maximum file size allowed is 200 Kb).
